This incredible honey is produced by apiarist and coffee farmer Jorge Mendez on his farm, Finca El Apiario, in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region. It has a vibrant orange color that lightens to a rich gold once crystalized, with a flavor reminiscent of ripe cantaloupe and raw sugarcane as well as delicate aromas of chamomile, peach, and lavender.
