Produced by small-holding coffee growers in Guatemala this honey is a rich golden color and exceptionally thick . The flavor is intensely sweet reminiscent of peak of ripeness cantaloupe, brown sugar, dates and raisins. It possesses a delicate aromatic layer in the zone of chamomile and peach.
