What do you get when you mix a dark, rich honey with organic cacao nibs, Ceylon cinnamon, habanero powder, and sea salt? Cacao Kapow of course! Many people tell us it is reminiscent of Mexican hot chocolate, which is fitting, as the honey we use is produced by indigenous bee keepers in Oaxaca, Mexico. This infused honey is fantastic on hot buttered toast, stirred into hot chocolate, or plain by the spoonful.
